One of the Expos' key Plattsburgh State pickups, Andy comes to the Expos after an impressive first CVBL season with the Hockey Plus Padres.  Possessed of prodigious power from the plate, Andy should also become a staple in the Expos outfield.  Andy will play alongside fellow Padres alum Mark Passino; both look to bring potent bats to the M/R lineup.
