Who are the Meron’s
Expos?
The Meron’s Expos are a franchise
in the Champlain Valley Baseball League formed in 2008. They
are composed of an amalgam of players from other teams in the
league, as well as some players new to the CVBL.

What is the CVBL?
The CVBL is a competitive
adult summer baseball league centered in Northern New York.
Detailed information on the league can be found on the
CVBL
website.

Where do the Expos play?
The Expos play at Chip Cummings Field
behind the Plattsburgh State Fieldhouse complex. Feel free to
visit the Chip Cummings Field page for more detailed information
on the ballpark. Away games are played at venues throughout
Northern New York, including Saranac, Lyon Mountain, and Tupper
Lake.

When do the Expos play?
The Expos play one CVBL doubleheader
beginning at noon each Sunday from the first week in May through
the first week in July, at which point the CVBL playoffs
commence. Additionally, the Expos schedule some exhibition
games during the week, which can be found posted on the
Schedule
page.

How can I help sponsor the Expos?
If you are interested in becoming a
sponsor for the team, please contact us via
team@cvblexpos.com, and we’ll contact you as soon as
possible.

How can I play for the Expos?
If you are interested in playing for the
Expos, you should probably attend a few games to gain an
understanding of the level of play expected of the team. If you
feel you can contribute, feel free to email the team at
team@cvblexpos.com, or approach
Mike Bergman (#14) after the end of a doubleheader.

Do the Expos play non-CVBL games?
The Expos are always looking for
opportunities to play exhibition games during the week. With
the North Country summer as short as it is, any chance to play
more baseball is looked on favorably. If you’re interested in
scheduling an exhibition against the Expos, please contact us

How can I get something added to
this website?
Any media anyone provides regarding the
Expos – pictures, audio, video, et cetera – is a treat for the
team, and will happily be incorporated into this website. We
have plenty of bandwidth and transfer allocation to spare, so
we're able to host pretty much anything Expos-related.
