	Billy arrives as an Expo with an impressive baseball résumé. In addition to earning CVBL league MVP honors in 2007, he is an all-conference third baseman with the Plattsburgh State Cardinals. Billy is an established threat as both batter and pitcher, posting great offensive numbers - including a high-water mark .617 BA in '07 - while performing yeoman's service on the mound. In joining the Expos after a previous stint for the CR Tunes Mudhens, Billy also reunites with a familiar face in Mike Bergman: Davis plays under Bergman during the Plattsburgh State season, and coaches alongside him for the Elks Babe Ruth club over the summer. Off the field, Billy enjoys eating.
