	Cliff joins the Expos in 2009 as a CVBL veteran. Having spent the 2008 campaign with the now-defunct Loreman's Royals, he'll bring his considerable skill as a second-baseman to M/R in the coming season. Cliff has proven his worth locally at a number of levels: he earned two seasons of play on Plattsburgh's competitive American Legion team, while playing high school ball at PHS and starting for Senior Babe Ruth's Brockway Mechanical. He then joined the fledgling Plattsburgh State program. It's interesting to note that in almost all of these cases, he was a teammate of Expo Mike Bergman. Given Cliff's intensity, talent, and desire, he should prove a great fit for the Expos, and a reliable resource up the middle.
